Outspoken Khushboo roundly denies Ajith making a phone call to cheer her up.
Controversy seems to be Khushboo Sundar’s middle name, going by the number that has dogged her. Recently, a group of protesters attacked the actress turned-politician’s house for her alleged remarks -published in a Tamil magazine -on the selection process of their party leader which didn’t go down well with a section of the party cadre.
Just when she had explained that she had been misquoted, she was portrayed in a seemingly derogatory manner as the Periyar Maniammai on the cover of a magazine.
Khushboo took it all in stride. Now there is a rumour doing the rounds that Thala Ajith, known for his forthrightness, made a phone call to cheer her up -which Khushboo roundly denies. “There’s not an iota of truth in this.
Ajith is a good person. Why should he call me in the first place? I am happy in my space and he should be too in his.“
Meanwhile, Thala is back in town after a gruelling shooting schedule in Dubai for his upcom ing film, tentatively titled Valai. Directed by Vishnuvardhan, the film also has Nayanthara and Arya in it who were in Dubai too. Hollywood stunt choreo grapher Lee Whittakar, who has collaborated with Ajith for Valai and was thrilled with the latter’s work, tweeted,
“Finished amazing boat sequence here in Dubai! Ajith was absolutely amaz ing! Couldn’t have done it without his skills! Has been amazing working with such good people. Get’n started with early morning Smiles.“
