It takes guts to make this kind of movie..he had not made even small commercial compromises which he had done it in some of his movies..That makes an out and out flat classic movie..
Not only the lead actors ,but some 100 plus actors who had worked in the movie had lived their roles..Near to life characterization of each one of them can be done only by BALA
Most of the scenes had struck a deep emotional chord with viewers and leaves a lump in your throat..
well some are saying that y such hardships to be shown..we need only entertainment bla blah…people like those better shut your ev everything
only men like bala are giving their everything to take Indian cinema to next level and the last thing they want is your f*****g stupid meaningless criticism..
First of all, audience should enter the cine halls without any expectations and clear there pre-conceived thoughts of enjoying the movie. It is a true Bala's film and if you are a fan of the director, you would rate it the best work of him till date. The highlight of the story is that Bala has not hesitated to tell that everybody including rulers and Christian missionaries had only one goal of making people slaves
.
Bottomline : A landmark movie in Indian cinema, A must watch..
